If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product, whichever you prefer, by providing a proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date.  Proof of purchase can be a copy of your original receipt or the actual receipt.  Any returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit for future purchase.  No cash or credit refunds will be issued after the 30-day window. 

All returned product must be in original saleable condition, no open packaging, worn apparel, or used products will be issued a refund.

Opened software, videos, DVDs and CDs are returnable for exact replacement only due to defective merchandise.       
    

Gift cards and memberships cannot be refunded.

All refunds must be made in the same form as the original payment. 

Gift recipients may exchange their gift or will receive store credit for future purchase. 

Sodas and candy are non-refundable.

On-line orders can be refunded once the item is received. All shipping costs associated with the purchase , refund or exchange is absorbed by the customer.
