Does anyone have info on the pic/letter sent to Emil Wantetka (little Bohemia resort owner) in the 60's, claiming to be John Dillinger? There are too many inconsistencies in the information regarding the shooting, the "death" and the corpse. I truly believe that Anna Sage did tip off the FBI, but also gave Dillinger the same benefit and together they were able to arrange for a stand-in. I believe this was all to help Anna become a citizen and help Dillinger make an escape. This is only my theory.....And lets not forget that the corpse was buried a lot further down than normal and between layers of dirt you will find sheets of concrete and barbed wire. It is said that it was done this way to stop grave robbers, but it's my theory that it was done at the order of the FBI in order to keep the cover-up successful. By doing this the body can't be removed and investigated using more modern methods of testing, therefor proving that the corpse is NOT Dillinger after all. Love your Blog!! Although the fbi were certainly not beyond covering their mistakes back then as has been reported by actual agents of the time.
