Cancellation and Reconciliation Policy:
A final count of your group's paid visitors will be required 30 days prior to the date of your reservation in addition to the remaining balance. If the number of paid visitors in your group has increased or decreased, we will adjust your initial reservation to reflect these changes at this 30 day juncture. A new balance will be provided and final payment will be required at this time. Group cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled date of attendance will be fully refunded.
If the group arrives on the scheduled date with fewer visitors than the provided final count, a refund is not possible. If more visitors arrive with the group, payment for the additional group members is required in full and they will gain admission (museum capacity permitting).
