Robyn Gardner’s Companion Held for Questioning

Years after the tragic disappearance of Natalee Holloway, another American woman has vanished in Aruba. Last seen last Tuesday, 35-year old Robyn Gardner disappeared two days before she was scheduled to return to the US.

Aruban authorities are holding her traveling companion, another US citizen, for questioning as a suspect in her disappearance. The suspect’s story suggests Gardner disappeared while they were snorkeling. The specific circumstances of her disappearance, as well as her companion’s involvement, remain to be seen. While they’re stilling keeping an eye out for signs of Gardner, authorities have stopped their active search of the area after finding nothing.
